Many medical experts recommend a sleep environment of 65-70 degrees F or 20 degrees C. The Ultimate Receiving Blanket is an appropriate weight for this temperature range. How to wean from swaddling: We recommend swaddling for the first 3-4 months. To help baby transition from swaddling, swaddle baby with one arm out of the swaddle for a few nights.
